Failed to give us information the first time we went up there to pick up a package resulting in several trips to this godforsaken store. Edit for a reply to owner: I only came back with the same energy you started with. It is unfathomable how you could run a business. Judging by the several other reviews about you specifically, it seems like you're the common denominator."
"There a guy there named Daniel, I’ve spoken with him a few times now. I’ve been having trouble trying to coordinate with ups about a package I’ve been expecting. When I asked him to explain things further because I simply just wasn’t understanding what he was saying he got a very rude attitude. I realize it’s the holidays and things are tense for shipping stores but you never know what someone is going through and I simply wanted help, I could deal without the attitude. I hope he finds a way to speak to people better. If you’re going in this store speak to the woman, she’s very polite and helpful."
"Walked in today (Nov. 9th) dealt with this young man before and he’s extremely rude. Before I could even tell him why I was there, he started blabbing his mouth. His friend (also employee) walks up & now I have both of them blabbing their mouths. So yeah, I start blabbing back. Ok, so now I’m leaving. As I’m opening the door those 2 rude employees are still blabbing their mouths, so I turn to them & tell them to shut up. Not once did the owner tell them anything. He allowed them to be rude & unprofessional. Yes, the owner was there. I have been going there since that store opened, but that is the last time I go there. Before someone jumps on my butt - no I didn’t get their names. How could I, if he didn’t even give me a chance to explain why I was there and then his friend walks up. Rude & unprofessional employees"
