"Zero accountability. Beware if you drop a package off and they scan it and give you a receipt with a time and date of receipt showing they took ownership of your package, they according to the manager have no visibility if the package left the location. They can't tell you if the package was scanned out of their location basically not their problem if you didn't buy the label from them. It's hard to believe with all the tech available and purpose of scanning for tracking they don't have this capability. They do, the fact that they don't know is the issue, this location does not understand their own processes, therefore can't help you, their default is filing a claim with UPS obviously I'm filing a claim."

"This place is so nice. They waited for me to get there so I could get my Amazon return in before my deadline. Amazing five star review."

"one of the best UPS stores I've been to so far. Employees are very professional and friendly. They greet you once you walk in and help you right away. The customer service is phenomenal. I recently started going to this location because I was tired of the rude employees at the spring store and I'm so glad I did!"

"The employees are so friendly and helpful. Even with the store packed with customers, they didn't even break a sweat and treated each customer as if they were the only one in the store. They are also speedy fast. I'm always very impressed when I go to this location."

"Today, August 11 @ 11:10am, I was waiting for someone for 10 minutes to assist me after I walked in. There was no one else waiting but me. One young lady (I did not know she worked at the store) was helping someone at the computer and never addressed my presence as I entered the store or as I was waiting. After waiting, I then said, “hello is anyone here?” The customer she was helping replied, “Oh yes she’s here helping me and it is going to take a long time.” The worker NEVER replied. Then a couple of minutes later, she called for another female from the back to come up. Neither employee ever apologized for my wait and the young lady who came from the back initial response to me was, “You shipping?” I wasn’t even greeted with a hello may I help you? Customer Service is everything to me. As other customers came in, the young lady who was helping the lady at the computer approached the counter and told the young lady assisting me, sorry. I thought to myself what are you sorry to her about??????!!!!!!! I was the customer waiting. REALLY?!?!?! I just do not understand the rudeness of some employees. It must be a management issue. Customer service must be a business’ number one priority or there will no longer be a business. I am not one of those people who complain, and I go above & beyond when I receive quality service, but expecting customers to be satisfied with bad service will never work for me. When will business’ understand you DO NOT have to patronize their establishments???? Consumers have options when spending money. Geesh!"
