"There’s this older man there that was rude. I was explaining to someone how much it costs to send something overseas and he jumped into my conversation in the background to fact check me."

"I was surprised to find this UPS Store on Ft Sam, just up the road from the PX shopping area! I was able to send a box quickly while running errands."

"I go there to return Amazon packages like I've done countless times at other UPS stores. Sometimes my boxes are open but I know it's not a problem because the UPS worker will give it a quick tape-up with their tape guns. I take my packages in and the old guy says I need to have all my packages already taped and ready to go. Okay great, I realize that, this is a UPS store and you are a UPS employee with 5 different rolls of tape and tape guns clearly visible behind your desk. I ask if I can borrow some of their tape because this guy is apparently too good to take the 5 seconds out of his day to tape up a package, not like he's getting paid for it or anything. He says no, there is no tape I can borrow but there's tape I can buy. Seriously? You want me to buy $5 tape when you have tape guns clear as day behind you? Worst customer service ever. Every single time I've returned boxes that are already open the workers have no problem at all taping them up for me, it takes them 5 seconds with their tape gun compared to this old guy watching me struggle with great value packing tape for 2 minutes that doesn't even have a tape-cutting teeth on it. Get off your wrinkled butt and do your job guy."

"I went here to get my signature notarized only to be humiliated by the older man that works here. I was paying cash and he told me in a joking manner with a smile that I was a dime short. I tried to play along saying "Oh I think I might have some loose change in my pockets" I then looked up from my bag to see that his face fell flat. "I'm not messing around, pay up or leave." I was so taken aback that I started sweating, gave him the money, and left With my notary. What hurt more was that there was several other people who witnessed me get absolutely dunked on. This experience was a year ago and I still remember how much that experience hurt me. Absolutely appalling behavior."

"Knowedgeable staff, but felt cheated. Had to print off 1 page which ended up costing $2.03 listed price is $ .12 but after they charge you to use the computer for 30 seconds and add tax it gets pricey. Make sure you educate yourself before using these people because they aren't keen on warning people about overcharging."
