"Update: After visiting a few more times, I came to find out that the older woman who owns the store is a bit rude. I don't like the way she talks to guests. She sounds as if she's over the job or needs a vacation. If you're going to come to work, please be present and pleasant. She speaks as if customers are supposed to know what to do and is agitated when they dont. Everyone who comes in is not a shipping expert, I understand that it may come easy to you, as it should be because it's your job, but to the average Joe, they need the help. Please be more mindful of this when you come to work. The UPS Store maintains a tidy environment with a proficient staff and an engaged owner. The recent visit was prompt and effective. Consistently positive experiences are conveniently near my location."

"Upon entering the UPS store, my mom and I were greeted with amazing service. They were extremely quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. I was in and out for my notary within 5 minutes, not feeling rushed. Faith was awesome and explained everything coherently and answered questions proficiently and with patience."

"This is the second time I’ve shipped UPS & decided it’s no longer the tightest shipping company in the business. The 1st package arrived completely destroyed & my most recent package is lost altogether. Spent 32-minutes, mostly on hold, only to be disconnected. UPS is not likely to get my business ever again."
