"I went to this UPS store to see where my package was supposed to be delivered as it’s been “processing” for 3 days in our city. The employee simply showed me the “being processed” message and let me know I would receive an email when it was delivered. I explained I understood that (while showing him I can see the same information) but wanted to know if I could go pick it up myself. I was given an 800 number and shown the door. I would suggest not using UPS if possible or shipping things you don’t really care about through them otherwise"
