"My experience, my opinion: Used their service to send 2 shirts in clear ziploc bag.. not a person Was given a pick up time of 5pm. After waiting for about an hour called the number to ask for update.. they’re on the way, only 2 pick ups before you. Waited some more, called again. No return call for update. 7:32 pm was picked. Upon arrival, I was upset and questioned the driver why they give a time.. with smug look, his response there’s traffic what do you want me to do. More than 2 hours is ridiculous I DO NOT recommend, unless it’s your dead last resort. $30 was paid for their service. Only because I had a deadline to meet, otherwise I would have not used this company/service."
