"Just dropped off a precious package that required UPS Driver signature. Staff in this location very kindly explained I needed to wait a few minutes for the UPS Driver to sign for it. I waited and sure enough - within minutes Thomas R., the Driver arrived and was just as kind as the staff! Five-Star performance by staff and driver. Well done! Ed"
"Went to return a pair of zappos shoes in the original box that Amazon shipped them in and the young ups Karen there was very rude and told me they needed to be in another box and tried to sell me a box. I actually work at Amazon and know this isn't true. I walked out and went to the Dezavala store where they accepted my return without any issue..I noticed in the comments that rudeness seems to be a problem with this store.I miss the people that used to own this store as they were very professional and friendly ."
