The UPS Store

"0/5. They closed at 4pm today. Arrived at 3:57 and a male staff member open the door and shouted as I was walking towards the store, that they are closed. He then locked the door and started vacuuming. I turned around and went back inside my car. 3:58pm one minute later I saw another customer walking to the store and the same worker opened the door for her. This is very unprofessional, discriminatory, unfair behavior. Don’t come to this ups store, please go to another one in Cross Roads or Frisco where you are actually welcome and treated with respect. So disappointed, I will drive out of my way just to avoid this location. Train employees to care and be helpful not turn people away during business hours."

"Give zero star if I could. They close at 4pm at Saturday. Arrived at 358 pm the staff walked out the door and said they are closed as I was walking towards the store. (Which I totally understand). However, one minute later another customer arrived but instead telling her they are closed the staff opened the door for her?!?! Very unprofessional and double standard when it comes to running their operation. Don’t come to this ups store you would be better off going to others where the staff is welcoming and professional."

"As a recurring customer, I have been experiencing persistent issues with lost packages. However, my attempt to resolve the latest incident was met not with assistance, but with hostility and an alarming threat of terminating my service box, by the store manager, Ryan. Ryan's approach was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. His visible anger and lack of decorum were particularly disconcerting given my previous cooperative gesture of promptly returning a misdelivered package to the store just 2-weeks ago. The ongoing problems with package handling at this location, compounded by Ryan's unsuitable behavior for a customer-facing role, have left me with serious concerns about continuing to use their services. I would appreciate prompt attention to this issue and assurance that steps will be taken to improve customer experience and accountability for service."

"This UPS is always busy, but they rise to the occasion and generally pick up the pace to decrease wait time. There is a full staff of employees there so I rarely wait more than a minute or two no matter when I arrive. I return a lot of Amazon purchases so it helps that I know I can be quickly in and out of here. Located near several restaurants and other stores so it’s super convenient when running errands."
