"Super fast, friendly service, and Faith is a rockstar. I brought a bunch of Amazon returns in (like 7 of them), and she had them knocked out in 15 minutes. That's especially impressive because I've never done an Amazon return before, I have adhd and have trouble focusing, and some of my returns had to be corrected by Faith. She's amazing!"

"I left an envelope here in September. I even sent the label to their email to print and paid for it with my credit card. There was an extremely important document in the envelope. The person taking delivery was an extremely tall, giant African American man. He asked what was in the envelope and I told him it was an important document. He put the label on the envelope and I left. A week later, since my envelope did not arrive, when I checked it with my trucking number, I saw a statement saying "label created but UPS never take this item". I came back to the UPS store and asked about it and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should complain online. And of course I didn't get any results from this either. That envelope and document disappeared as if they had never been given to UPS. Moreover, another package I gave to the same person arrived with missing contents. I don't have a chance to prove these things but it is what it is. I couldn’t add a new comment to your answer. That's why I wanted to respond to you by writing something additional to my first comment. The investigation file opened after the envelope containing my very important documents was lost was inconclusive. I still don't have my envelope. Also, I see that a customer of yours wrote a comment with the same complaint 2 months ago. It appears from this that you have not taken any precautions regarding the issue. The fact that the investigation file regarding the loss of my envelope was inconclusive made me tired enough. And that envelope will not be accessible, that is very clear. It is a much more practical solution for me to not come to your office again. I don't want to cause any more headaches. This won't help me or get back what I lost. Any communication you make with me after this stage will not contribute to me or finding what I lost. And I don't want to waste any more time and bother with this topic. However, is the real problem with the person to whom I gave my lost envelope and package that arrived with missing contents at different times, or is it someone else in your office who caused this damage? It is your duty to investigate and find him and hold the right person accountable."

"DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. AN EMPLOYEE HERE STOLE THE CONTENTS OF MY PACKAGE. There is an extremely tall African American male working here who stole right out of the package. I am DISGUSTED. We were having a friendly conversation and I told him what I was selling. My customer received an EMPTY PACKAGE. I am pressing charges. How many employees at this location are STEALING from their customers?"

"We love Amazon and the ability to return for free with no box or labels but this location is the WORST! After Christmas we had some returns and Amazon grouped 5 or so items to one QR code. This location charged us for a large box to ship the items back. Side note Amazon provided a refund for the cost of the shipping, so kudos to them. Fast forward to earlier this week, we had another return of large items but we saved the boxes this time. Amazon took 3 items and made one QR code. The store said you can't do that. Then said we have to contact Amazon. We said forget that and shoved everything into one box. THEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR TAPING THE BOX UP! Are you serious?! Their two options were to buy a $2.00 roll or pay $2.00 for them to just tape it. SERIOUSLY!?!"
