"I read all the 5 star reviews so was hopeful they would provide excellent customer service. HR Block is supposed to have up front pricing but that is not true at this office. I tried to request clarification on the price of their services, but they were unable to tell me why my less complicated return cost double of what they were charging my husband when we filed separately. Instead of providing me with the information, they just told me I was lucky I got a deal online last year and that one HSA form brough my total up $84. Ashely was very helpful, but Tracy and Diana have no clue on how to assist a customer when they have questions. They were rude and wanted to continue to say the same thing without listening to what I was asking. Terrible service."
