"I was dropping off a Dish net connection at this UPS STORE and had the BEST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. I would like to thank both of these workers for doing giving me great service and reminding me to keep my receipts so that if my package were to be miss placed somehow. I had a receipt to prove I mailed it. I was in a hurry but they reminded me it’s in my best interest to keep it until they received it. So shout out to both of them. Neel and Matthew"

"What is wrong with Customer Service nowadays? It is not even a thing! I had two Amazon returns, which I chose to send back through UPS in a box no label. It said nothing about the box needing to be taped shut or not. So I did not tape the box and brought it just as it stated. Thinking maybe they have to verify what’s inside the box before it’s tape. There was a young kid red headed kid with glasses behind the counter and an older man that spoke with a very strong accent. They both were SO rude and basically told me if they used their tape that they would have to charge me. What?!? To use a couple feet of tape that you surely have cases and cases of??? I will go find another UPS store and do business elsewhere. I’ve got 17 years at the USPS as a carrier and I am huge when it comes to customer service. I will NEVER do business with the UPS store in Haslet. EVER!! I wouldn’t even give them one star but I have to in order to leave this review!!"

"Update: UPS store response is all lies. I’ll leave at that. They are only lying to protect their business but if you look at the reviews on here there is a pattern. Karma is amazing. Original review: Paid to have item packaged and sent back to seller. Seller received package that was thrown into a box with zero bubble wrap so it arrived broken and scratched and none of the hardware was there. Costing me $180 since they wouldn’t full refund. Called the UPS store and the female owner was so unbelievably rude talking over me, yelling, saying I was wrong that I have to ask for bubble wrap not just “packaging” so that’s how they shipped it. Huh??? Intellectually you have to know that it will get damaged during shipping and I did ask for packaging not just a box. Their customer service and treatment of yelling was so rude and insanely crazy. Anybody at the store had to hear her even outside. Not only can’t I believe they sent my package this way and charged me for packaging then treated me this way when I called them. I will never go back to this store. Buyer beware. Don’t drop packages off with them. Also they charged me $1.50 for a label. This was an Amazon return and specifically states I don’t need one and just take to local UPS. Try fighting that one with them and they just told me to go elsewhere. I should have listened. Just unbelievable."

"Don’t do business here. Aggressive and rude especially to women from the Indian owners and manager. Reviewing the reviews you’ll see a pattern. I suspect all the positive reviews that are from Indians are either fake or their friends because this place sucks. I’ve never had this experience anywhere and can’t believe how I was treated. I will drive out of my way to not do business with them. They should be shut down. Multiple times I’ve used them for Amazon returns where I’ve had to pay for the box and supplies to wrap product inside the box and each time it’s arrived to seller broken. They take your money and don’t do the work. Try to talk to them about it and you’ll get aggressive behavior. The Indian man actually told me I need to apologize to him for questioning why my package wasn’t packaged correctly. Lol. Insane. They are all nice in their reply on here to bad reviews but it’s an act. Entitled behavior. Aggressive. Horrible customer service. Will never go here again. You’ve been warned. Don’t do it."
