"If I could give a minus stars, I would do so. This company picked up a load back on October 26, 2022 and then submitted false POD. After several attempts to reach out to them for verification of delivery, they admitted it was left in their yard and was finally delivered on December 12, 2022. In Good Faith, I requested from them a reimbursement for my customer for the missed delivery appointment as well as delay in production. They have not responded and will no longer be able to pick up for Carrier Nationwide or our customer. To add a note - we have been attempting to reach out for this issue to be resolved, however, they do not answer their phones nor emails. Unless you want to lose customers, DO NOT USE THEM."
