He gave me so much information after one hour I had to go home and take notes to make sure I remembered it all. "When I say “No,” Matt says “Yes, you can!” When I hesitate, Matt says “You can do it!” I hadn’t gone to the gym for several years, and then I started training with Matt in order to gain strength and increase cardio endurance. Matt uses his extensive knowledge to help me achieve my goals and to continue developing new ones. I appreciate his commitment to his craft, and his professionalism. He is patient and encouraging, always motivating me to reach my potential. I think I’m at the max, but he knows that I can do one more rep … or maybe … let’s make that five more! "Matt is the best! I wanted to start working with a personal trainer because I was recovering from an acl surgery. My recovery wasn’t going well and I really needed someone who would go slow and help ease me into working out again. Matt was very understanding of my situation and was more than willing to work with me. He is very knowledgeable and will set up a routine/program to fit your needs. I highly recommend Matt! I’ve already referred friends to him and will continue to do so."

"Matt is amazing. I was referred to him by a friend to start working out. I’ve always had trouble going to the gym and committing. When I met Matt I asked if he could meet me at the park for our first workout and no problem. He brought everything to me. Doing mobile training is very convenient. I now train at the gym where he works and love it . He is very knowledgeable and eases you into your workout. I always feel amazing after my session. I highly recommend! He also does couple training, so you can bring your bf or bestie ! I can say now I love working out."
