"Usually a nice park but recently filled with homeless sleeping in baseball dugouts, picnic pavilions or on playground equipment. Drug sales at beginning of month or holiday are also frequent. Lack of city funding has grounds keeping seriously behind. No fogging for mosquitos or regular trash pick up."
