"Been ordering from this company for years for gloves, tattoo cartridges and inks. I’ve never had a single bad experience with them - always very pleasant and communicative if there’s an issue with my order. I love the option to have it delivered on their route (I live and work in Madison). The darkside brand needle cartridges have been a staple for me for years - I love the long taper, super sharp points, and transparent body so I can easily see how clean the tube is to switch between colors. I also really appreciate that they stock Kwadron cartridges as well since they’re UK based company and are generally harder to get ahold of here in the US. I love supporting smaller businesses and especially ones local."

"Business hours I guess are just a suggestion with this place. Headed there on Saturday to pick up supplies during the business hours listed only to find that the people working behind the counter were unable to help with getting me the supplies I needed. I was told that the employee was not able to use the drawer?? I drove a little over an hour to get come to this business I didn’t thinking calling ahead would be needed as I was going to be arriving during the posted hours. It’s unprofessional to run a business store front and to then not have people working. It’s unprofessional to advertise that said business is open on line only to get there to find that help can not be given. If this is now strictly a order online be delivered type of business change the listed store hours both online and via phone messages so that somebody does not make a wasted trip. The staff working were rude and unhelpful as to if or when somebody would be able to help with the Dark Side part of the business. When I make the trip to Dark Side it’s never for a small dollar amount order it is always an order that comes to 100+ dollars as this may be just a drop in the bucket to this business. It will not get any more business from me. So the owner responded to my review. The problem is no employee working asked me to wait 15 minutes. I was only told the person could run the drawer?? I assume this meant the cash register. I even person working that I had driven a long distance to get there. The response I got was a should shrug. I am if anything understanding of being patient during these times and business struggling to find employees. Then again public business hours should reflect that. So trips would not be wasted"
