"I am an employee here for about a year this company has excellent training skills if you don't have experience... if you have any problems they answer right away. I'm telling you whom ever becomes apart of the omma family will not only enjoy the benefits that come along with this job but you gain experience in many different fields of work thank you omma for all you do and I read your past reviews ur all liars look I'm from Texas I live in Gardendale I'm not family and these people gave me a chance and hired me yes some people are from Mexico but we all communicate very well as far as drivers running people off the road every company y has that 1 bad driver it doesn't mean all drivers are bad I'm sure ur speeding right now it doesn't mean ur a bad person and as far as our drivers on anything illegal that's false we perform daily PPE inspections. So like I said you can't knock this company down its helped alot of people and there family's God bless"

"Cant give a negative star but they would get -10. Lies about amount of work to driver ratio. Dont pay on time or in full. Dont refund escrow. Dont answer calls or emails. Mainly all Spanish drivers so major communication barrier. I gave them a chance up front, but they are just as bad as amerifield and accel terrible place to work, unless as an owner operator you WORK FOR FREE! Oilfield crash hopefully puts them out totally! -10"

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would one of these trucks ran not one but THREE vehicles off the road at the same time!!!!!! And then proceeded to throw what looked like a beer bottle at us as he drove off I've never seen such a blatant disregard for other people's lives he could've killed at least three people and he didnt even think twice about it.....this company is a joke the drivers are reckless this company should be shut down for incompetence and neglect tried to call the number provided went to an automated message saying there was no voicemail box set up "such a great company" and they cant even afford to get a voice mail this company is trash!!!!!"

"How this company gets 4 stars is beyond me. Probably rated themselves. This MORON flying a through the construction zone on loop 250 in Midland trying to get past me before it goes to one lane. Almost caused an accident. When hes doesn't make it he squeezes in behind me just inches from my bumper. No wonder there are so many deaths on our roads. Totally unsafe, out of control and unacceptable. Reporting them to the FMCSA. if you see OMMA coming, get out of the way so you dont end up in a casket. SMDH."
