"They generously support local and give food away for charity: brain cancer fundraiser for a family in need, or a senior Thanksgiving luncheon; whereas, if you ask a chain store for help they will only give you a “I’m sorry”. This is the best place in Chicagoland to buy Irish and British imported foods. The Irish Sausage (bangers) are top notch, homemade pies, Irish soda bread, Chicken salad, Sandwiches, stew, bacon, sausage rolls are ALL delicious. Mad props to their butcher. I went to an event that they catered at Gaelic Park and they were efficient and delicious. Support local (rather than chains) or you we will have no character!"
