"Here at Strings we make the #1 priority quality. Customers will be happy if they receive quality service. I will let no guitar leave this shop until its right... even if the customer has to wait. It is imperative for future business together. what my customer failed to mention is he was given a 200$ credit wich put me at a monetary loss. I accept that. and if i am ever in that situation again. I will still ask the customer to wait ,so the guitar is perfect..... Any one who is dissatisfied with my shop in any way will recieve a full refund. my apologies again to that customer."

"Better than I expected. I drove 28 miles not knowing much about Stringer except the reviews I read. Had tried to do some DIY work on a beautiful strat of mine and walked in expecting to be humbled. Shane went out of his way in every respect. He was super encouraging and clearly passionate about his business. It was very obvious he was focused on my needs and asked a lot of questions to be sure he understood what I wanted. He could immediately spot the issues and explain how he could solve them. He has a lot of musical background and hands on experience. On top of that he has created that friendly local guitar shop vibe where you can sit down and vamp on his guitars while you wait. His cost was below what I expected which prompted me to give more. Great experience for me and I will continue to take my guitars to him."
