"Went to the gas and wash on 191st and 88th around 3:30 Sunday afternoon. After getting about Half way through the Car wash I was hit from Behind. After sitting there the Attendee got both mine and and the other car out. The Attendee came out And gave us an Incident report to fill out. And said his manager would get back to us becaus us because he was going out for Dinner. I asked to speak to the manager. So I asked him if I could please speak to the manager on his phone. And the manager told me that he couldn't speak right now because he was going out for dinner. So I stopped by the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and he said that the district manager said it was not our fault, And that we are not responsible if another Car hits another Car what in there Car Wash ... Luckily known was hurt..... So I filled out a police report with the Mokena police department. Just got call with the GAS and WASH district manager and he told me the same thing that it is not our responsibility if one car hits another car in the car The district manager didn't even ask if everyone was okay that was in the cars. This is the last time I will show up at any GAS and WASH. Because they just don't seem to be sympathetic to whatever happens to the people that come in their business."
"Wish gas prices were lower, but it's not the station's fault! This station is large enough that there's always an open pump. That's nice when it's cold outside!"
"This place is very poorly run ! God forbid if you need propane besides there high prices, the manager there is a joke she panics and makes you wait 20 minutes to get it until you decide to leave and go elsewhere! Then she responds"
