"Awful service. Kept getting transferred from person to person, stayed on hold for about an hour only for the call to drop, called them back numerous times just to be hung up on. Don't ask anyone for help there or ANY HCC campuses, they won't even answer a simple question. Maybe hire people who will actually work for their paychecks."
"The staff is so rude!! I went there because my sister wanted to get some information. Firstly, I'm not sure why do they wanted my sister's social security just to give us information. Also, why does she need to register to get information regarding the careers that the college offered. It's so stupid! I've never seen such a horrible treatment to freshman in my 4 years of college!"

"I can truly say that I am very impressed with the learning process at HCC trucking. My instructor Mr. Hayes is amazing and professional and fun at the same time, he teaches well. Mr.Don I don't work with him much but the one time I had an opportunity to, he taught me a whole lot that will stick with me forever in this trucking industry. Mr. Don was very knowledgeable and help me out alot and then there was Jason. Such a brilliant guy that is very knowledgeable. He helped me out alot on the pretrip inspection and air brakes test. Jason is very patient and he makes sure that everyone understands what they have to do. If you looking for a great school for trucking look no further. Before you get your license these guys are g oing to make sure you're knowledgeable about what you need to know to be successful in the truck life."
