"It's basically a training school. Most personnel are students. Contact them for a tryout. I have a student to go to (Abby). I give her a 10( highly recommended)she knows what she is doing. Knows about color, best supplies for your hair, and styles. She also gives the best scalp massage. Make sure to book with her for your next color change or touch-up.
