"I’m just glad I’m not the only one who thinks the staff in the front office is rude... Is mainly one young lady who has the worst attitude... she’s not happy with her job maybe she should reconsider. I’ve seen her be rude to students... I witnessed a student coming in and the first thing she said was WHAT DO YOU WANT... First of all of that would of been my child we would of have problems. You shouldn’t talk to students that way. I even asked my son if she’s ever been rude to him or made him feel uncomfortable. No parent should have to dread going to their child school because of this issue. They need to fix it or replace!!!"

"School gets 5 stars but this one star is for the front office. These ladys are rude and just friendly not at all. I dont know how they got the job. They do not greet you when you walk in. They leave you standing there for literally minutes before they even acknowledge you. If you call dont bother even asking questions cause they are quick to hang up. New Caney Middle School - please review you front desk staff , Dont let these bad apples spoil the whole bunch!"
