"Well, like I said in my Drew Academy review, everything has it’s pros and cons. My cons being when I got used to this school, we got “those kids” aka the ones who are troublemakers and like the ones who get punishments like SAC or something. Also in my gym classes, I feel that some coaches are strict, it’s possible because of “those kids.” But, the elective classes are interesting as well as some of my teachers such as Ms.Delgado and Ms.Roy (they were like one of my best 5th grade teachers -w-) and some other things. Before I head to Aldine Middle next year, I just wanted to say that I hope this school can have a better future... Until then..."

"Worst skool ever kids blame me that i said bad stuff and it was another kid that said. And the kidz blamed meh and da teachers believed it. then da buz driver called me out 4 nu reason. I hate dis skool. Also the coaches making me write in the cafeteria. I don't deserve to write I'm a gud student!!!!!!!!!!!"

"one of the worst schools that I have dealt with. My 5th grade autistic son goes there and is constantly bullied and harassed . He went for basketball tryouts after school got locked in the restroom by a group of boys, his cousin had to go get a janitor to unlock it to release him. Needless to say that the janitor did not report the incident. to make matters worse when i called the school to make a complaint and get info. everyone from the women in the front office to the assistant principal( MR . TAYLOR) and the main principal of the school (MR> HERNDON) told me that it was impossible to get locked in the restroom and basically implied that my child was lying. About a month later when myself and my husband were at the school to meet with the assessment team so that we could move on with our AARD meeting for special education. we talked in person to (MR> HERNDON) and made him investigate. that day was the first day that anyone spoke to our nephew about what he saw happen that evening. (MR. HERNDON) then apologized for saying that it was impossible to get locked in the restrooms since during after school they can indeed be locked. He said that he would talk to the janitor . he used the boys will be boys and they were just goofing around. i call BS to this day no action has been taken against those boys. yet they susspended my child for "skipping class" when he was told by his counselor that he could sit on a bench to calm down. you have teachers that openly call students idiots (MR. TAMAYO) these teachers are supposed to be trained to deal with special needs children but i just dont see it. If i had any other option i would not be sending my kids there. WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!!!"

"I went to this school. It is amazing no one gets bullyed. Amazing choir,arts, and band. I love this school I will highly recommended."
