"My son has taken classes here for about 5 years- first with me as a baby and then after the pandemic on his own. He is now a confident swimmer now and loves his classes and all the teachers he had, especially Veronica. They were very supportive and made it fun and enjoyable for him. Now I have a lot of peace of mind with him around water and he has a lifelong love of swimming!"

"Each swim class is $30 for a 30 minute class--that's $1 per minute. Not only is it very expensive for what it is, my biggest complaint is that if you are sick or your kid is sick, and can't make it to the class, they do NOT allow make ups NOR do they offer you class credit, you just lose the money and the class. That is their policy. If you ask me, it is encouraging people to show up to class sick knowing they won't get their money back if they don't. I was not happy with their policy, nor the amount of money I was paying for the experience."

"Nice clean facility in a nice part of town, but as others indicated, they do not offer any makeup classes. This policy, in my opinion, encourages parents to bring sick children to class. The fees are billed a month in advance so if you do want to discontinue, your out another month worth of lessons. My son became ill several times during the duration we were swimming and when my son gets sick, so do his parents. I voiced my concerns with the owner, he responded once and when I sent him a second email he just ignored me. He’s a classy one."

"This is my second time around at Saint Street. The coaches are patient and make swimming lessons fun. The facilities are spotless with constant cleaning during these Covid times. The staff is friendly and willing to help in every situation."

"We had a bad experience at Saint Street Swim. The instructor was always rude with my son. During the last class attended one of the other kids (6-8 years old) told us the instructor was telling them to call my son a “slow poke”. I spoke with the manager and nothing happened. I sent an email to cancel the enrollment before Covid19 and I am still being charged (July2020). Facilities are good, but I recommend to check the teacher’s methods for coaching. My son loved swimming until this experience, he doesn’t want to take classes anymore."
