"HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They will get your money and then it’s virtually impossible to get everything that you need from them. A checklist that includes a timeline would be extremely beneficial for us. Apparentl, Ms. Weatherford is the ONLY one that can do ANYTHING there however…yep you guessed it…she’s NEVER THERE!! The phone stays on the answering machine. My advise to you is to GO ELSEWHERE. For almost $600.00, I expected more from this group of unprofessional people. Yes my child did get his DL however it was a very stressful situation and for the amount that we pay up front, I shouldn’t have been this inconvenienced Nor treated so unprofessional. If you advertise opening at 10, be available to help your customers at the time posted, especially the ones who have paid already. And I added photos so they couldn’t lie with a standard reply if they have no record of us taking their class."
