"This is the most unprofessional office I've dealt with. They give you the wrong information as far as programs they offer, they do not return calls or respond to emails or texts. Now it's 1 week before my daughter is scheduled to leave and they FINALLY call to tell her her program is not available and she has to pick something else. I then call the main line and the receptionist is so rude and unhelpful. We had been trying to reach out for weeks to get a supply list (after the coordinator contacted the emergency contact in FLORIDA to tell them of my daughter's start date, instead contacting me or my daughter here in Houston) and she finally sends it the day that she informs us the program isn't available. These people are a poor excuse for a joke."
