"I’m 14, I usually get a great cut. One inch off the top, Cut around the ears, and short on the back. Very simple. Usually takes at most 20 minutes. They would charge $25 for for it but it seemed fair. Today, I walked in and this kid (maybe 16) who was doing nothing but relaxing in a chair try’s to charge me $35. Will not be heading back anytime soon."

"Kay absolutely ruined my naturally full eyebrows, making them extremely thin, sparse, patchy, uneven, and crooked. From the moment I sat down she seemed to be in a rush despite me waiting fifteen or twenty minutes to see her, when I was originally told I could be seen right away over the phone. Before we started I explicitly stated I just wanted the perimeters cleaned up with little to no shaping at all. I walked out of there with my face completely botched. She slipped and accidentally ripped off the top outer corner of my right eyebrow, didn’t say a word, and then over-corrected both brows trying to fix her mistake. I was in tears when I got home. It will take a long time to grow my brows out to the fullness they had before. I would not recommend their threading services at all."

"I had an 11AM scheduled haircut and I arrived on time only to wait 1 hour for Jason. He wasn't even at the barber shop. I kept being told he was on the way only to wait even longer. Once he got there, he did a great job. He's a great barber and seems like a good person, but it's a poorly managed business. Disappointing and disrespectful toward myself and another customer that after waiting 1 hour for a haircut he didn't even offer us a discount or an apology."

"Went here for the first time today, cool little barbershop in Morth Wilmette. Kay did an incredible job with my fade and gave me one of my favorite cuts as far back as I can remember. Very sweet and hospitable. A definite recommendation!"
