"Hi. I came here for an exchange and a pickup. The lady who attended to me was great. The school-specific size I needed wasn't available but she went through their stock and got the color and size I wanted but with no embroidery of the school logo. So, she took it in and had the logo embroidered on it in about 15 minutes. I hugely appreciated it as I didn't want to drive back for a pickup."

"I am highly disappointed with this company. I have called several times, I have sent several emails. I have not yet received a response and I ordered over 100$ worth of my daughters uniforms from them. This is very disappointing. This company is making KIPP look bad, they could at least provide a tracking number so that a customer can receive updates on what we are ordering being that they do not communicate. So distasteful and inconsiderate. DO BETTER! I am still waiting on my orders!!!"

"Ordered 8/2/23 and was informed shipping takes about two weeks. My kids been in school since August 14 with no uniforms. Can't contact anyone and there voicemail is full. I have also email them haven't got a response yet. I bought all four of my students attending KIPP uniforms, t-shirts and pull overs. I want is to receive an update or the shirt cause that to much money to lose."

"Is this a legitimate company??? I wish I could give this place a negative star review - they don't even deserve one star. I ordered shirts for my 3 granddaughters weeks ago. Since then there has been NO communication from them and you cant reach them. They never answer e-mails or their phone. Voice mail is always full. Dealing with this company is stressful and frustrating! My three granddaughters were so excited to attend KIPP this year, but their spirit is dampened now knowing they'll have to start school without the uniforms they were looking forward to wearing. From reading the other reviews here, I see that they will not be alone, starting school in regular clothes instead of uniforms. I hope KIPP managed better than their uniform company is. KIPPs affiliation with Fine Custom Design reflects poorly on the school. My official rating for Fine Custom Design is negative 3 stars - the uniforms better be impeccable when we get them - if we get them. Fingers crossed. Update, we finally got our order a couple of days into the school week. Still no communication - but we received the products we purchased."
