"This office is a disaster. They lost my papers, after I made them again they did not appear in the system, when I presented myself because I did not receive them they were not complete. I have asked that they send it to two different emails trying to answer and I have tried several times and nothing. You write to the chat and they do not respond. Worst experience in this office and how fast they charge you and such a bad job"
"It's a scam. They kept failing me in one section of the test which was the "CAPS" section even though my answers were 100% correct and I even checked them with a English professor but they're only trying to get more money off of me and on top of that the guy is telling me to take classes from them and retest again and every retest is $30 so they keep failing you on purpose to keep getting money off of you. I am going to take this to court and sue these scammers."
