"Enrolled my kids into SpringWoods High School and tried to get them on the bus but it took a week, no one ever called me to tell me when the bus would start or what time to expect them to be coming - despite several calls that all went to voicemail and were never returned. I found out they finally got it set up when the first day the bus stopped for a second and then left ( thanks for the heads up). But I noted it was 7:12 and had my boys out there the following morning by 7 am. The first 3 days after that went really well and I almost forgot about the bumpy start. They showed up at between 7:10 to 7:12 every morning and my kids were home at 3:15 every afternoon like clockwork…..it was wonderful…. and then they had a bus catch fire (luckily not their bus and I don’t believe anyone was hurt) and everything went to hell. The next morning the bus showed up at 7:20, kids got back around 3:30, the next week on Monday they missed the bus because it was there at 7:02 but they didn’t get home till nearly 4 that afternoon. The next day was 7:30 and 3:45, the next day it was 7:10 and 3:50, then 7:25 and 3:20, I don’t know what time or if it showed up at all on Thursday because we sat there from 7-7:40 before they finally just got on the city bus - I never saw it and I watched until 8. They got home at 3:15. I don’t have a vehicle which means if they miss the bus which is easy to do when they don’t know what time it’s coming because it’s so erratic of a schedule - they have to walk (30 mins) or take the city bus which only comes every half hour so they’re missing classes, getting detention because of the tardys and absences. They ended up waiting 40 mins in the cold because we have no idea when it’s coming and they didn’t want to miss it and be stuck waiting on the city bus or walking. When I call to complain there is ZERO apology or accountability and they blame the one bus that caught fire for throwing it all off - I live directly behind the bus barn can someone please explain to me of all the busses y’all have back there why one bus is throwing off your entire system? It’s completely unacceptable."

"Very disappointed with the system and the drivers. They seriously need drivers or something, come on. I get no kind of help every time I call. Drivers change routes as they please. 2 times the bus came by and didn’t pick up my kid. Very disappointing. All they say when I call is” we will call you back”. Not Good! They need new management."
