There is an overlook with great views of the Mississippi River, Lock and Dam 12 and the city of Bellevue IA. The park also has a butterfly garden, picnic areas, and a lodge for group events. There are also hiking trails. There is no entrance fee."

"This is a beautiful Park with many hiking trails and a newly refirbished Butterfly Garden. The large Lodge accommodates weddings, reunions, and celebrations. The lookout area gives a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River and Lock and Dam 12, as well as the wonderful community of Bellevue, Iowa."
