"We stayed there two weeks ago. I paid $104 plus they said a deposit for $50 and it was supposed to come off after a few days. They charged my card for the $50 and never came off. It makes me mad and upset. It never came off my card and its being lied too. Would never stay there ever again. The service was not good. Asked for more toilet paper and the front desk guy said he didn't have keys and then after two hours we got more."

"Another case of you get what you pay for. The 1st "non-smoking" room smelled so bad of smoke couldn't even put my things in the room. The 2nd room had such filthy carpet the bottoms of my feet were black after I walked on them after my shower. The room doors stuck and had to be pushed open. The entire hotel looked and smelled old"

"I stayed on 28-30 July 2023. I was alone. Price was about $40 a night less expensive than nearby hotels. I was in Kenosha for a family event, so I was just looking for a room to sleep/shower, so I chose this hotel. I got there past 4pm, so a cancellation would have cost me a nights rate, plus all other hotels were full. Also, I had thought about cancelling days prior, but that would have cost me $30! Building is extremely old, no elevators! Outside updates seem to be started, but that's only as far as they have gone. Breakfast room small and not kept clean while I was there. Orange juice dispenser was out of service entire time I was there, coffee was a weight time for more to be brewed, coffee was always so weak when done. Pastry and fruit looked like had been set in/out for many days, that was the extent of breakfast. Rooms, again very old, some holes in walls in the room I was in. As for the beds, a good idea, or maybe not, is to look under mattress cover at the condition of the mattress, may be disturbing as I found out on my last morning! If you want to save a few dollars, this is the place, but if you consider a decent breakfast to offset the cost of a better hotel, there is no decision. Go elsewhere!!!"

"It was a perfect hotel experience. The rooms, linens, cleanliness, parking, accessibility of rolling cart, delicious and very healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food choices (free!) made our stay happy and easy. Everyone working there served our every need with enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency. And there was a fridge and a microwave oven in our rooms. My sister and I couldn't have been more pleased."
