"As the reviewer below (Ms. Vanessa Pablo), we have been more than one year (almost two years) at both Cypress and Katy locations. We also loved the manager, Alyssa, and my kid’s instructor, Tabitha. She was my kid’s first swim instructor as well and because we were so satisfied with both Alyssa and Tabitha we kept going to Safesplash although we moved from Cypress to Katy (despite other swim school options we had). However, ever since Alyssa left Safesplash, things were not good. We could not schedule make-up classes, they did not return our calls and emails, and even canceled my kid’s class just 1 hour before the class without providing any reasonable reasons (they just closed the class all of the sudden?!). Although we informed them of withdrawing from Safesplash after having numerous disappointing experiences (which by the way itself was not easy; we had to call to the generic customer service because they did not return our emails and pick up the phone), they charged us for another month. Only when we argued, they gave us a refund. Now we have four make-up classes left, but the new manager never replies to our request for scheduling. We had such wonderful experiences with Tabitha and Alyssa, but frankly speaking, now I don’t recommend this place at all."

"(We were at both Cypress and Katy locations) So sad to leave this class. We loved the instructors. Alyssa (who no longer works there) was a great manager. Very communicative. Very prompt. I think having a good relationship with parents makes it easier to trust who your child will be around. I believe all managers should be just as communicative. Tabitha was amazing. Very knowledgeable. She was my daughter’s first instructor and learned a lot from her. Also very communicative. Parker was her other instructor and what I loved about him was how patient he was. My daughter definitely grew to love and learn from him. We have moved to a different town so both locations take over an hr drive. We tried to hang on as long as we could but gas prices are high. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you Alyssa, Tabitha, and Parker for being great with my Gigi."

"We love safe splash! Our son has Autism and requires someone with a little more patience and understanding. Safesplash not only understood that, but didn't hesitate to accept him as a student and went above and beyond to learn about his needs to make this a successful experience for him. They paired his with a wonderful swim instructor and we could not be happier with our experience thus far. From excellent customer service to the top notch facility with all the amenities. Safesplash is the best."

"I would recommend SafeSplash Swim School in Katy, because the classes and instructors are outstanding. My son has been attending for about two months and I have seen so much growth and confidence in him. He is always excited to go to weekly classes. He loves his teacher and looks forward to learning new strokes and water safety. If you are thinking about another program, I hope you make this your swim school choice instead. You will not be disappointed!"
