"This company (Bienvenue) don't deserve no stars at all. This is the worst ride-share service ever. They are so unprofessional. They do not care about their customers all they seem to be about is getting the trip so they can get paid. They do not seem to have enough drivers. I have been dropped of too early, or they don't show up at all, they lie to you ,( we will be there in a few minutes, you call back they are in the area we will be there but 30 mins. or more may pass and still not there). My husband has had 4 strokes and we had an appt at 10:30 which ride was confirmed and stated we would be picked up at 9:30a.m. I called at 9:33am, 9:40am, 9:55 even at 10:00am they kept lying to the rep with Medicare saying they would be here in a few mins. Well Guess what time they show up at 10:30a your ride is here.By then my blood pressure is threw the roof and he (my husband is upset too) because we had an appointment for the Cardiologist concerning heart problems and he has a monitor . YEP I would definitely say this is ELDERLY ABUSE. Oh and did I forget to mention Yes they are rude on the phone sometimes. CIGNA we need you to do something."

"0/10: My appointment was for 9am (1hr 20mins away). I was told that my pickup time was 6:40am which changed to 5am. Again, my appointment wasn’t until 9am. The driver was so reckless that my anxiety flared up, because she was driving like a bat out of HELL the entire trip! I was dropped off and left TWO HOURS EARLY, with nowhere to sit. I was just outside.. standing there. The office didn’t open until 9am. I was dropped off at 7:10am. The unprofessionalism, the carelessness when transporting people to the inconsideration on pickups. Now, the gentleman that brought me home was very kind and professional.. but, I still wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE."
"They failed to show up to take me to my Dr appointment and had to reschedule for a week away when I needed to be seen because I was in a major car accident and have rods and screws in my leg highly do not recommend them for anything"
