"My son has been taking lessons for q year and a half and he enjoys going to class. This is very important to for many reason. My son had profound speech delay which has improved with years of speech therapy and I am also a single mother as well. So finding good male role models was important on my list, Master Joseph is someone my son looks up to and knowing when my son takes part in class he can see how hard work and determination sets no limits to who you, or what handicaps you have. Master Joseph may teach our kids how to punch, kick, and break boards, but he also motivates each and every child to strive for excellence not just at the dojo but at school, or at home. These kids wok hard during their class and I have seen friendship blossom, and the parents have bonded cheering on these kids during belt testing or through the growing pains of learning a new pattern. Rock solid is not just a place where you take class but it's a family."

All the students have fun, learn both skills and discipline, and get a nice work out (mine come home tired). I appreciate the attention the staff gives each student. It's a family here."
