"Never refunded me. I was interested in enrolling but decided not to attend. I submitted a cancellation well before classes would start. I requested a refund and was at first told it would take 30 days, then 45 days, then 60 days. It now has been more than 70+ days and still no refund. I have reported them to my bank. I was sent an email saying that my refund should come in within the next few business days. That email was sent around the 45 day mark. In addition, when I was filling out my enrollment packet I was told to sign the documents I had questions about and that they would void them once I signed, which makes no sense. Also, if you look through the enrollment packet it says that if you are not looking for work or found work with two weeks, they reserve the right to drop you from the program."
"I really like how every instructor is always willing to help and answer any questions that I might have. They’re really understanding and super helpful. I like how they explain everything that we go over and I feel comfortable enough to ask them for help or if I need something explain/shown in a different way they’re willing to go over something again."
