"Wish I would’ve gotten My CDL through this company!!! I was in the process of transferring my CDL from another state to Texas and I needed to get the no manual transmission “N” restriction removed. After calling around to several different places that couldn’t help me and wanted me to go back through the entire CDL program all over again, I found out that an old neighbor of mine was a truck driving instructor, so I contacted him. He referred me to Excel Driver Services. When I called and spoke with Maria, she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to do. She gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do to prepare and get everything ready. She was also quite patient and put up with me, contacting her several different times for little hiccups that I ran into. My trainer, Lloyd got me very well prepared for the test, and was very kind, professional, and most of all extremely patient!! I also got the opportunity to speak with other instructors about various topics within the truck driving industry, that convinced me, that the team this company has in place for their San Antonio branch is far superior to many of the other driving companies in the area!
