"I have had THE WORST EXPERIENCE today with the stylist Ms.Trisha. I have had the hair all over my clothes after the hair cut, and the waxing was very rough, didn’t do minimum job. $18 hair cut at local saloon would offer a better service compared with today’s experience. Why would I pay $50+ for a hair cost in or Dr to have a full hair all over my clothes? PATHETIC. I have been visiting 18/8 since 2015, and I observed that the quality of the services came down after pandemic. They used to offer a robe earlier, they no more do that. At least they should do a better job on minimizing the hair on the clothes. I feel they are rushing the service to accommodate too many people. This was reason why I don’t go local saloons, and I chose to come here. I think this is my last time visiting this place"
