"The drivers arrived with incorrect itineraries, did not follow the prescribed plan, and even had to be called to return to the site in the middle of the route plan. Their poor performance on a key day of our event reflected poorly on our event and organization; despite our advance planning efforts and organized plans communicated to the company ahead of time. A couple of months ago, I had the privilege to go on a trip with fellow classmates for the university which I attend. Not only did Escamilla Tour bus work with us, but the accommodated us, going above and beyond and transportation company would ever do. "Just got back from bus tour to tour watchtower facilities in canada, wallkill and partners on as well as nigara falls and new York city. You will not find better bus drivers than Juan and Agustine. Not only were they very cautious drivers but very accommodating as well. They took us extra places out of the kindness of their hearts and I will be forever grateful for their kindness.
