"If you are an international student and study at UTA, you are in very bad condition. International office to me like they are there to do their 9-5 working hours. The least helpful people you can see as an international student. And yet, UTA is trying to bring meritorious students to the PhD program. hope one day this school will be good after these people gonna retire !!!!!!"

"I being trying to contact their office for a week and they never answer my call, all my calls goes to voice mail, I leave my name with and phone number so they can contact me back but they never do. I just need to remove a hold so I can get registered for some clases but with this service it is stressful!"
"Worst office at UTA, probably because UTA hates International students. All other offices and places are good at UTA except this. Will make you wait days to do the simplest of tasks and are clueless of basic stuff which is common knowledge. If you charge us heaps of money in tuition the least you can provide us is respectful dignified staff that is experienced in this field."
"The worst ever office in UTA, and has the worst service ever. The Front desk staff has no knowledge of what they are speaking about and keep us rounding about. Only the Advisors are helpful at times."
