"It's unfortunate that they encourage you to book via appointment, but appointments are never honored. That's number 1, number 2, They are not accountable and never open on time. If you say 10:00 a.m. you should honor the customers time and not blame Uber. That's lack of responsibility and accountability. 3. Take your cigarette brakes on your own time, not while you're cutting a customer's hair that's unprofessional and pathetic. In the end this is a reflection of the owner who is responsible in hiring. "Steve is a great barber. Decided to walk in on a Thursday. To test the place out. Was highly impressed with the quality of my haircut. Steve was able to cut my hair according to the shape of my head perfectly. And he knew exactly how I wanted it from our brief consultation beforehand. He knows his craft and has that attention to detail that I will pay an arm and a leg for every time because I know I’ll get what I want. I will be back."
