"Called in at noon trying to schedule a haircut on a Monday (which is impossible) and they started cutting my hair at 12:45pm. I believe it was Devon (could be entirely wrong) that cut my hair and he was awesome. Ignore all the bad comments, barbers like to enjoy their job so who cares if they listen to music in the shop."
"Price based on barber's experience. Good place for guys to get a fresh cut, trim, lines for head and/or other facial hair areas. Everyone seems to be big sports people here. Not a super quick, so don't come here for 5 min cuts."
"Went in for a haircut. Asked for a 1 on the top and a fade on the sides and a beard trim. Got a 1 all over with no fade. The barber missed spots all over my head. I told him four times that he missed spots. I could see them from across the way in the mirror. Somehow, he still missed them. My beard was uneven. I didn't dare ask him to fade the sides like I wanted. I decided to cut my losses and accept this barber had no idea what he was doing. It still cost me $50 to get out of there, and now I have to go to another barber to fix what this guy did wrong. Maybe other barbers here are good, but Cha is horrible and couldn't even do a buzz cut without messing it up, let alone do what I asked for. I will never be going back."
"I have tried to give this place a fare shot with 3 different barbers on 3 different occasions. Two different barbers cancelled (even after scheduling through Booksy) without notice. One cancelled right when I arrived and left me hanging. Then a third time I had a different barber step in to cut my hair and he didn’t follow the instructions I provided on how I wanted my hair cut. I won’t be returning and would not recommend them if you need something dependable and consistent."
