"Excellent customer service! I walked in on a Saturday morning to look at couches. I was greeted by a courteous sales representative, Chad, who let me browse the store before returning to see if I had any questions. I had found a couch I really liked but wanted to think it over. I wasn’t pressured to buy at the moment but encouraged to reach out or stop back in if I had any questions. I went in that Monday and Renee helped me with my purchase. Delivery was scheduled and the two young men who did the delivery were polite and friendly. 10/10"

"Spoke with two different saleswomen on two visits and both were very nice, professional and accommodating. Decent size selection of couches. I picked one out and was disappointed to hear it would be on back order for about a month, month and a half but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. The couch was ready for delivery right when they said it would be and I was called and given all the delivery details (gentleman who called was very nice and informative). The couch was delivered and was brought up by two young but nice delivery guys. I’ve had the couch for about six months and it’s very comfortable! Looks great and fits well into my apartment. Everyone I spoke with from the showroom to delivery were super nice. Satisfied customer!"

"Ordered a sectional couch online at Slumberland, thought my husband and I could bring it to our apartment since we have an elevator so we selected doorstep deliver. We got the couch delivered a week after placing the order. When we tried to bring the couch up we thought it was going to be smaller than it actually was, and at the time I am/was 5 & 1/2 months pregnant so not much help I can do. Called Slumberland up asking if we can use full service delivery even after the couch had already been delivered and they had absolutely no issues that it. Kim who was the store manager I believe was wonderful about the situation. One of the drivers Zach contacted me and they were able to get our sectional to our unit on the third floor no problem. I would definitely recommend Slumberland to anyone, not only do we live our new couch, but the prices are pretty decent, and the customer service was great! I would also highly suggest paying that $150 extra for full service especially if you are pregnant. Don't make the same mistake we did. 10/10 would shop at Slumberland again."
