"First they don't greet our welcome you. Asked if I had an appointment which I called in and Alejandra gave me time to come in, I told her yes you gave it to me. When asked to be seated, I had to wipe chair with barber cape of prior customers hair clippings. Asks me what kind of haircut I want, I tell her the details about sideburns at mid level and straight. End result one side is slightly longer than other and at slight angles from other. Doesn't really pay attention. She likes to discipline. They have a parking sign obstructed before steps to entrance, which I didn't notice, after haircut next time park behind the building. I slightly moved my arms off the arm rest to scratch nose, perfectly still, she lifts up arms with clipper in one hand like if it was a holdup going on. Don't move your arms while I am haircutting. Poor communication, very sensitive Drama Queen! Dominant Air in the business. She advertises $18 for a haircuts with a postcard along curb on Hwy. 12, then after haircut it's $20. No price list, no Senior Discounts, cash, no card. No information posted. I have been there about 6-7 times at first I was happy to find a decent haircut and price. but after you go there several times, you see there customer service stinks and that she to much of herself. She also uses a trim buzzer that chews my neckline raw. Not barber hygiene educated. Uses equipment not cleaned from prior customers. I got home, washed neckline and head and disenfected neckline so as not to get infection. Now looking for another barber."

"I brought my boys here for a haircut, when I walked in the two girls had their back turned to me until I said hello then was reciprocated with "can I help you" -- I had an appointment. One of my boys and I were not agreeing on the style of haircut he wanted, so she said " I have another appointment coming in soon" this clearly made me feel rushed despite how distracted she was, looking out the window, constantly. - we passed by 10 minutes after our haircut and she was sitting in her phone. Will not be going back and do not recommend. Poor customer service and just okay haircuts."

"ALEXANDRA does a great job cutting hair and lining up beards I have bin coming here for the last couple of months I am very picky about my barber and always have bin. But one day my barber was on vacation so I needed to find one I managed to find this hidden gem. I have bin getting same day appointments ones a week just for even a trim. I highly recommend this place come check her out!!"
