"I've been going to this location for a year and I have no complaints! I usually just get my haircut from whoever is available first, and every time they all cut my hair exactly how I wanted it done. Even though my stylist is different almost every time I come in, the consistency of my haircut is pretty outstanding. I would recommend here. Just make sure you check the online wait times before you check in, because sometimes the wait times are very long so you would need to plan ahead."

"Took my son in, told the woman he does a 0 on sides and back, finger length on top. I have said this for the last 15 years when describing what he wants, she took it as the literal length of her fingers and used a 5 clipper guard on top. Every stylist before her used scissors and fingers to guide the length. When I said it was too short, she decided it was best to tell me next time, I should explain better, she kept rambling on about why she took it the way she did, but I stopped listening, as there was nothing we could do about it. Well, you were the first to take it the way you did, so next time, I will better explain the style. And next time, maybe you should just apologize instead of trying to prove this was the customers fault. We won't be back to see her, but will be back to this location, as this is the first time we've had an issue."
