"Went to the newer Goodwill location in Granite City. Walked in and walked out. Smells like pee! Not just a little bit, but it's terrible! I know the smell of a normal thrift store, but something needs to be done here!"
"No sign on door stating credit card machine down (all day), would only hold items for 10-15 minutes for me to go to the bank. $57 worth of items I didn't purchase. Won't be going to any Goodwill again because of this experience."
