"New manager Trevor is a good guy and helpful. Old hands are just the worst though — they seem to scorn, ignore, dislike and just be annoyed that anyone bothers to show up at the store. Really, they seem to hate their clients who buy stuff at the store. I have gone there for years and have heard this from other people as well. Rick and the old dude just hate everyone. ( Leslie products are fine. They work. Employees are what makes or breaks a company. ) 5/5 for Trevor. 1/5 for Rick and Old Guy. Total = 2/5."

"Working with Leslie's pool supplies is always a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and always there to help you understand how to get your pool looking back to perfect condition even when you neglected a little bit through the cooler months. I tend to be a little bit of a do-it-yourselfer and I love learning new things and getting the hands-on experience. I could not have gained my wealth of knowledge and understanding my pool system and managing some of the tricky little caveats of a saltwater system without Leslie's pool supplies and they're helpful staff. It's only about five miles from our home in Westlake Hills and very easy to swing in and grab supplies when I'm coming home from work or stopping to grab the family something for dinner. "Installed a pool pump and within the warranty leaves got into the impaler. Charged me to come out to fix. Total spent more than $700. Total me it was a design issue and not the work they did. Pump stopped working 45 days later and they would not honor the warranty nor would they give me the contact info for the factory so I could deal with them and their defective part myself! Had to spend another $650 for new pump"
