"I made appointment for 12:20 pm on March 3, 2024. I believe she was manager who cut my hair. I asked for shampoo and haircut. I always get a senior discount but she told me not with shampoo. At that time she was very unprofessional when she told me this when I was paying. I will never I mean never go back. Plus after that she was waiting for a tip. The right thing to do was to give me a senior discount and say she couldn't give a senior discount with shampoo. Never Again!"
