"I personally have had a great experience with Dr. Montiville and this office during my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care. Following a miscarriage and a horrific experience with a previous office, I moved back to the area and needed to establish care with a new office when I was about 12 weeks along in my pregnancy. Dr. Montiville, her nurse Patricia and Suzy at the front desk have all made me feel extremely cared for and at ease during an incredibly anxious and stress filled time. Helping me navigate pregnancy after a loss, an extremely difficult delivery and some hiccups postpartum, I truly can’t say thank you enough to these absolutely wonderful ladies. So very grateful to all of them! 5 stars!"

"Worst experience during pregnancy. The office will lie and throw a hissy fit if you switch providers during the pregnancy. Unproffesional and Dr. V. Sherman will spend the entire appointment telling you how "normal" every symptom you're having is and dismiss any and all concerns you have. An outside party called regarding a note my husband gave after I ended care with them and they made up a bunch of things that weren't true and also violated HIPPA. DO NOT use this doctor they only care about the money involved and not patient care."

"I was a patient at this office for my entire first pregnancy and up until 32.5 weeks with my second. Dr. Cooper was my OB for both pregnancies but Dr. Kelly Montiville did deliver my first and I saw her at one appointment with my 2nd. I was on a different insurance plan with my first child then I was my second. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Cooper. However, the office will put you on a payment plan if you have a high deductible type of insurance and you will be expected to pay in FULL for delivery services before you actually deliver your baby. You, as the paying patient, get absolutely no say in this payment plan. It's just what works best for the office is the amount you have to pay. This money you are expected to pay sits in an account with the medical office and is not applied to the deductible until the claim has been sent to insurance, after the delivery of the baby. Not one person in the office could actually explain this process to me as far as why this is the way billing worked. When I was finally able to talk to the office manager, Sherri, it was the worst interaction I have ever had with another adult in my entire life. I was talked down to, berated, and at one point had to ask her to stop cutting me off every time I spoke. She was rude and disrespectful right of the bat in everything she said to me. I was not able to ask any of my questions, no matter how hard I tried. Dr. Montiville had agreed to take me on as a patient because Dr. Cooper left the practice before the end of my second pregnancy to work elsewhere. When it actually came to it, Dr. Montiville abandoned me as a patient because I could not afford to make almost $600 payments at all my appointments starting halfway through my pregnancy. She had already put in writing, in my medical chart, she would be taking me on as a patient. The office staff were not professional in any conversation I had with them. At one point, I was told by an office member that the hospital would refuse to see me and refuse to deliver my baby if I did not make any payments to my "Global Maternity Plan", that I was put on. I am aware that is illegal and a hospital cannot do that but I felt it was used as a scare tactic just to get me to pay something I absolutely could not afford. Other then Dr. Cooper, the other doctors seem to be more worried about finances then their patients and it definitely shows. I was told that one of the Sherman doctors MIGHT see me as a patient if I could make at least half the payment at the time of the phone call, when I was 31 weeks along, but was still expected to pay the rest in full before delivery. I would NOT recommend this office to any other woman at all. I say stay as far away as possible."

"Dr. John Sherman is one of the best physicians I’ve ever had - he is extremely thorough & truly cares about his patients. I’ve recommended him to all of my friends. I cannot thank him enough for guiding me through my first pregnancy and safely delivering my sweet baby boy."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Cooper since 2021, and I've consistently received excellent care from her. However, I must express my recent disappointment with the office staff's scheduling process. Earlier this year, I was surprised to learn that a referral was now required to see my doctor. Despite this change, I obtained a referral and proceeded to schedule an appointment. To my dismay, I was informed that there was no availability for three months. Despite the inconvenience, I reluctantly accepted the wait time, hoping it would improve for my next visit. Regrettably, my latest attempt to schedule an appointment has been even more discouraging, as I was told that there is no availability for two months. Waiting several months to receive necessary care is simply not a reasonable expectation. I believe that the office should find a better balance between the doctor's schedule and the needs of the patients. The current scheduling process is both unreasonable and inconvenient. As a result, I will be exploring alternative healthcare providers. I do not recommend this office."
