"This store is selling postage stamps for a 50% mark up. I thought my total seemed off and asked if that is how high stamps are now and the employee looked me straight in the eye and said "Yes, that's what they cost now." I did not notice how much I actually paid until I got in my car and checked the receipt. When I got out to return them, they had posted a sign that said all sales on the stamps were final. Guessing the employees are pocketing the money. Learn from my mistake. Don't use this store Lubbock people."

"You can provide them with a legit address and they will reply with what is the actual address. They look at you like you’re stupid and then ask you how to spell a basic name like Rodrigo. It is just a bit annoying because you can give them all the material and they still don’t know what they’re doing."

"The two young men working the counter were both so polite and kind and eager to help me. They were both professional and proficient. One of the guys had to leave as his shift was over and the other guy went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. I truly appreciate this. EXCELLENT customer service. :)"

"I brought a speaker amplifier we had sold on eBay to this store and paid for their packing service since I didn't have any materials and they were also a convenient drop-off point for the USPS prepaid label I received from eBay. The amp did not survive the trip to the buyer because the packing job was bad. UPS has a "pack and ship guarantee" to give their customers confidence in trusting them to do a good job packing fragile and expensive items. This didn't technically apply to me because even though they packed the item, it was shipped using a third party label from eBay. I was hoping they wouldn't use this technicality as a way of shirking their responsibility but they did. After ignoring me for a while I finally got an email reply from the owner who cut and pasted the verbiage from the website and basically said they didn't have to help me. I made no demands. I did everything they asked me to. I received no apology or empathy. Even an offer to refund me the money I paid them to package the item (badly) would have been a nice gesture. All I got was indifference. Don't trust this store with anything more than slapping a label on your package and handing it to the carrier. The indifferent attitude shown by the owner to me, his paying customer, does not belong in Lubbock."

"Showed up at approximately 0930hrs on 7 February 2022 to drop a package off. Two employees were visible and one that was either a customer or filling out an application. The male was behind the counter on the phone and the female was with the person doing paperwork at the island. So they weren’t anything resembling busy at this time. The female was busy talking about personal family business and after 10 minutes she asked if I just needed to drop off the package and if I needed a receipt. I answered yes to both and at that time she walks over and spins the monitor around to her side of the counter. The male who was still on the phone then came back over and took over looking as if he was inconvenienced and begrudgingly scanned my package and handed me a receipt. Moral of this long review is be prepared to have a long wait regardless of if they’re busy with customers or not. Also know based on my visit that you’ll be entertained by employees talking about their personal family business. Who needs The Jerry Springer Show when you can just go drop a package off at this location. Just don’t forget your popcorn."
